This fully renovated 3-bedroom apartment has three double bedrooms (one with bunk beds), two bathrooms (powered by an electric water heater), a kitchen (all-electric, including an induction cooktop, woven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, fridge freezer, toaster and coffee machine), a living room (fiber TV with various channels and Wi-Fi with signal in all the apartment) and a balcony with a sea view!

b) Bottom bed:

Maximum weight supported on the bottom bed (1 person) according to the bunk bed manufacturer's instructions: 73.5 kg

All bedrooms include: wardrobe, bedside tables and light points, chair, rotating fan, towel rack (with white towels only for internal use) and wastepaper basket.

Tourist Tax – Ponta Delgada (Azores)

Please note that a tourist tax will be charged for each guest booking until check-in time (as detailed below):

All guests aged 13 and over are subject to this tax, which is charged per guest, per night, up to a maximum of 3 nights. The amount of the Ponta Delgada Tourist Tax is €2 per night.

Exemptions:
Children under 13 years of age are exempt. Guests whose stay in the Municipality of Ponta Delgada is due to receiving medical services are exempt for the necessary days of treatment, plus one additional night. This exemption also applies to one accompanying person, even if the patient does not stay overnight in the accommodation due to health reasons. Guests with a physical disability of 60% or more are also exempt. Residents of the Azores are exempt, provided that proof of residence is presented.
