Apartment Poppy (named after my granddaughter) sits quietly in Daillet at 1000m above sea level, in the heart of Valais, Switzerland.
This quaint, protected hamlet has spectacular views of Crans Montana, Anzère, Leukerbad…to name a few!
We have, finally, just finished renovating the upper level of our chalet! The whole floor is just for our guests. Private and relaxing.
A lot of the decorations you will see in the apartment are what we found in the barn, left from the previous owners when we bought the chalet. Other things were from the local brocante shops. All the beds are new and very comfortable, I’m told!
You will occupy the entire upper floor with your own private entrance, huge terrace and balcony. Your very own private hot tub!
Fully equipped kitchen if prefer to eat here, there is also a bbq and large terrace for eating or just relaxing and soaking up the views.

We are from the UK and instead of traveling Europe about 20 years ago to work on the golf course in summer and as ski instructors in winter.
Finally, we arrived in Switzerland and fell in love with the place. This is our second apartment that we have rented out to guests.
We live on the ground floor and are here if you need any assistance at all.
It has taken us five years to renovate, completing the majority of the work ourselves whilst working full-time. We are very happy with the end result and many of the features we were able to keep whilst insulating the house.
