Villa Allan is a luxury vacation property set in the exclusive Gulf Club and SPA in Mogador, overlooking the gulf course. The villa’s client will enjoy the peaceful location while relaxing next to the private swimming pool which can be heated upon request and with an extra charge, the private garden also feature a covered area equipped with table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals while admiring unforgettable sunsets!

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The interiors of the villa is elegantly furnished, a large and very bright living room is equipped with two sofas, tea table and fire place, there is a dining table with chars and a large and fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed.
The night section of the villa features a master bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bath tub, two other double bedrooms as well with private bathroom with shower, and a kids room with bunk beds that can host up to 6, next to the children room there is an additional double bedroom which can be used by the housekeeper, please note that she can sleep on site but there is an extra cost of 100 Dhs per evening and night and must be requested in advance; her working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM and prepare meal upon request at the price of Euro 20; if required to prepare meals after 5 PM there is a supplement of Euro 10 for the evening service.
Villa Allan is fully staffed and has all amenities needed such as air conditioning, internet wifi, dishwasher and washing machine, private salted pool, access to spa and gulf club. The nearest city is Essaouria is 7 km away.

Client will benefit from preferential conditions at the Sofitel Essaouira Mogador Golf & Spa:
- 20% discount on "à la carte" So Spa treatments and catering with a minimum charge of 300 dhs,
- "So fit" package : 1000 dhs /week per person (Access to the gym, Hammam and indoor swimming pool),
- The chilling pass: Access fee of 300 dhs per person to our two main and biological swimming pools, including a refreshing drink (excluding champagne),
- 20% discount on "à la carte" drinks at the TKI SO BAR, SO Lounge and Atlantique with a minimum charge of 300 dhs,
