👨 During your stay, you will have the discreet and efficient support of a butler included in your reservation, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and harmony of the property. His duties include daily care of the gardens, pool maintenance, and waste collection, always ensuring every space remains impeccable and ready for your enjoyment. Additionally, he will be available to assist with small errands, such as purchasing basic items in the village, provided they can be transported on his motorcycle. This service has a symbolic cost of COP $6,000 per trip.

👩‍🍳 To ensure attentive and worry-free service, your reservation includes a housekeeper (applies only for stays longer than three nights). She will come to the house for 2 to 3 hours per day, guaranteeing personalized attention and a spotless environment throughout your stay. For stays of fewer than three nights, housekeeping service will have an additional cost (COP $100,000 / USD $25 per day).

🧺 For groups larger than six (6) people, it is necessary to request additional staff (COP $100,000 / USD $25 per day), ensuring flawless service so that you and your companions only need to focus on enjoying yourselves. This additional staff member would cook exclusively for you and your guests. However, if you would like a specialized Chef service, we can find the perfect option for you at an additional cost.

Guest access:
The property has direct access from Troncal Caribe (National Route 90) and is strategically located to explore the natural treasures of the region: the Palomino River, Tayrona National Park, and the Sierra Nevada mountains of Santa Marta.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have exclusive use of the entire property, available only to you and your registered companions.

➜ Initial housekeeping service – cleaning for 3 to 4 hours per day.
