The property has air conditioning, internet wifi, daily made service, flat screen TV, safe box, free parking.

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
