This lovely 61m2 apartment is located on the ground floor.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group.
The open-plan kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms feature a plush double bed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, enhancing the bright and airy feel. One of the bedrooms includes a private en-suite bathroom, offering added convenience and privacy.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Within driving distance, you'll find some of Manchester's top attractions, including the iconic Manchester Museum, the historic Manchester Art Gallery, and the renowned John Rylands Library. Old Trafford and Etihad Stadium are just a short journey away for football fans.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, you'll be close to scenic parks and recreational areas, ideal for a morning jog or a leisurely afternoon.
Convenient transport options are nearby, with the Hulme Hall Road bus stop and Cornbrook tram stop offering easy access to explore Manchester.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tram station, Cornbrook, is just a 6-minute walk.
Manchester Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
