The “Ischia” apartment is spacious and bright, accommodating up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, and a full bathroom with a shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a dining table, sun loungers, deck chairs, and a hot tub overlooking the sea. Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning are all included. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time and mode of transport, as the host will meet you on-site for check-in. A valid ID is required for guest registration, and from April to October a tourist tax of €3 per adult per day (minors are exempt) must be paid in cash upon arrival.
