Your Host: UnderTheDoormat will be your host, and we offer guests carefully selected, stylish homes with the professional service of a hotel, on call 7 days a week to help. We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels. When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Please be advised that flats, as well as iron and ironing boards, are not readily available on demand. Guests are required to make reservations for these amenities in advance to ensure their availability during their stay. Parking spaces are not available, but the property is less than a 10-minute walk from Hammersmith Station.

Our standard check-in time is 16:00 - 21:00.
