It has a family bathroom and an ensuite shower room. Two bedrooms complete the comfortable accommodation, both bedrooms are twin. It also benefits from lift access.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.  
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.  
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.  
Pets not allowed.
Hot water is via the combi boiler which will give instant hot water.
The Heating is controlled via the thermostat in the hallway and the time clock on the kitchen wall. The heating will be set to “timed” and will come on and off at pre set times, if you need it on other times please change from “timed” to “on” and please remember to set back to “timed” when you vacate.
