Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a few maintenance issues with the condo. It’s in need of a few things in my opinion. There were no llinens for the sofa bed , Keurig coffee pot was broken which was a bummer since my husband loves coffee. The mattress are in need of replacement, very uncomfortable. The curtains in the 2 back bedrooms were terrible you saw light 24/7 wish there was a way to fix that. Should’ve been a vac or at least a broom so we could sweep up the sand from the day. Lioved the location, very convenient. Pool and beach access were great! Lastly, my huge gripe we had. 3 bedroom but could only have 2 cars this was a nightmare trying to find someone to park. Ended up way down the road. For this reason we won’t stay here again it was to much of a hassle

We had a wonderful time. The cleaning could have been much better. The floors were dirty and one of the bedrooms hadn’t been dusted. The unit didn’t have a broom, vacuum or mop to use. When selecting this unit we saw it had 4 chairs but only received 2 chairs. Emailed the mgmt co but they said we were wrong even though he admitted other units had 4 chairs. Been going to PCB for many years and staying at the Aqua every time. Will select a different unit next time.

Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to the seabreeze jazz festival for the last six years and have always stayed at the Aqua this time I brought a couple that’s never been and I informed the staff that I needed the unit to impress them so they can continue the come also everything was fine and I do understand there was water damage due to the hurricane but we had mold in one of the rooms the place was dusty we had to dust before we could move in because two of us had severe asthma and the electrical sockets in the kitchen kept popping when we tried to use the Coffee maker and electric CanOpener at the same time by the way the electric can opener does not workCanOpener doesn’t Work

Not Happy in Unit 1201

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Aqua every year for our family vacation. This is the first stay in Unit 1201 and it will be our last for that unit. You can tell NO MONEY is being invested in this property. Nasty carpet and very little furniture in the 3rd bedroom is only the beginning. I will NOT recommend this Unit to anybody. Very rude at Front Desk at check in over something simple as a parking pass. You have way to much competition on Front Beach Road to be acting rude. I am not one to complain, but you cannot correct something if you don't know anything about it. Will be trying another property in 2019.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aqua 1201 is a great layout and size, but the unit needs updating. The kitchen drawers are inadequately stocked with silverware and utensils. The television in the great room is far too small for such a large room. In addition, the doors on the entertainment center make viewing the TV difficult from some positions in the room. The master bedroom TV is also very small. Both of these are because the furniture that holds the TV is restricting the size and needs to be replaced. I found the master bedroom mattress very firm and the comforter set showing lots of wear. Regarding housekeeping, the blinds were very very dusty. While the unit floorplan is wonderful along with the view, I don't prefer to stay in this unit again until updates are made. I'm a regular renter at Aqua and this unit doesn't compare to many others in which their owners are keeping them more updated. The rent is costly, so I would expect the owner to keep the unit up more.

Amazing room and views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 4. We were able to enjoy three bedrooms and 3 baths, a huge living air with brand new furniture and swivel chairs. The dining table seated six, and I loved that when I fixed meals I could see the living and dining area. It was so very quiet on our end room, trash chute outside our door, and the washer and dryer worked like a charm. Two of the rooms had balaconies overlooking Front Beach Road, while the master and dining balacony overlooked the beach. The living area had windows that allowed for beach and Front Beach Road views from the comfort of your couch. We stayed in Room 1201. We used 4 beach chair services while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay from beginning to end. We were there 10 days, and it still wasn't enough. Highly recommended Aqua. Fast elevators, friendly staff, easy parking, and more. We can't wait to come back!
