Dieses charmante zweistöckige Strandhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Vollbädern bietet eine Wohnfläche von fast 2.000 Quadratmetern, zwei Veranden, einen Balkon und eine praktische Garage für ein Auto.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Frühstückstheke, einen Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Wäschebereich mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Neben den Hauptwohnbereichen im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Gästezimmer mit Vollbad sowie eine große abgeschirmte Veranda mit Zugang von der Küche und dem Schlafzimmer.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine Master-Suite und ein zusätzliches Gästezimmer. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein großzügiges Master-Bad mit großer Gartenwanne, separater verglaster Dusche, Doppelwaschtisch und separatem Toilettenraum. Direkt neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer genießen Sie vom Balkon im zweiten Stock einen Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Das zusätzliche Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat viel Stauraum und ein großes Vollbad. Issues were small so I resolved them myself. Golf cart left back tire was very low and master restroom electrical sockets were not working. The most concerning was the lack of cleanliness. Especially since check-in time is so late in the day due to house having to be cleaned and then we get there and can see the house was not cleaned very well.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Bliss for several summers. The care of the property has declined over the years. It is not as clean and pristine as it was about 5 years ago. We were also disappointed to arrive and find that the HOA is charging $20 per car for each rental house. It is incredibly frustrating to pay over $3000 for a week and then be told you owe an additional $20 per car to sit in the driveway of the house you are renting. We were also told this is just for May through September. We will strongly consider renting somewhere else next year.

The problem we had is for the first three days the back porch, they were supposed to be put back together again, we’re still under construction. I was very unhappy because I had made a point to ask them to check to be sure all construction from the storm was complete. No compensation. Only information is the manager was going to be gone for two weeks. We couldn’t move to another unit because it was over Thanksgiving and everything was booked. No excuse for a management company not being aware That the unit was still under construction.

Our 5th Martinique vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, we love Martinique as our "go to" vacation option in Gulf Shores. Every rental has been a smooth, pleasant experience. This particular house, though certainly nice enough, was our least favorite for a few reasons. The furnishings were "tired" and showing wear (carpet worn/dirty, outdoor furniture stained/rusting). Patio was dirty on arrival (had to remove sand from all cushions and wipe dirty table top), as was grill (heavy use left uncleaned- took a long time to clean off before using). There was only 1 washcloth in master bath. Wireless was faulty. No "extras" for late night arrivals like a coffee filter to get you through first morning, no extra trash bag, dish tablet, or laundry soap- consider 2 of each please. No beach towels whatsoever. We know to bring these things, but prev. rentals always provided a bit more. Coffee pots should have reusable filter for ease/immediate use! It's a beach house- a few extra beach towels would ensure you can enjoy the beach or pool while laundering your own towels after a few uses. Wireless is critical today- upgrade your older router, please. Mattress on pull out sofa thin and stained. This should really be replaced!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The thermostat setting was never consistent - needs to be checked. It took 4 days to get any amount of ice from the fridge's ice maker (We bought a bag of ice). The carpet needs to be cleaned. Only one bathroom had facial tissue (I thought all were suppose to have a box). we had several main floor lightbulbs out - were promptly replaced after I called. We turned (into the office) several empty movie DVD boxes - never found the DVD's. The unit needs to have instructions on how to use the TV and search for channels. All the table lamps (living room and bedrooms needed higher wattage bulbs for reading - we took the shades off in order to read. The location was good, however folks in the larger house behind us would cut through the property on the side to shorten their trip to the beach - very disconcerting as they passed next to a window. We all liked the location, but the unit seemed "tired". I would not stay in it again.

Our new favorite place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our stay. The home was the perfect size that allowed for privacy, as well time together. Everything was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities needed to enjoy a week at the beach! The only downside was that one of the bicycles provided needed tire repair (inner tube) while management was attentive, it took two days for the repair. Needless to say, we didn’t get to enjoy any cycling. Luckily, there were other things to enjoy. The “neighborhood” is lovely and situated very nicely and was very quiet. Everyone that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The beach was so peaceful, no crowds and we loved that the wildlife refuge adjoined the property , giving us an even more secluded feeling. The weather was perfect throughout our stay! We love the gulf and hope to return again soon!

2019 Martinique Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always have enjoyed our stay at Martinique. We were very disappointed that the middle inside heated pool had not been fixed. We were told on checking in on December 28 that the pool would hopefully be fixed by the end of January. By March 6, it was still not fixed which do to health reasons required us to join a local health club to swim. We also wish the middle cleaning requirement would be made optional for tenants who rent for two months. The maintenance crew was very responsive in fixing any repairs needed in the house.

It wasn't bad by any means, but bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and walls were pretty banged up. Overall though, enjoyed the house and perfect location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Bliss for a week in March 2917. From the original inquiries through our check-out we were very impressed with Shana and the team involved. Check-in at security and into the complex was quick and effective as we received several helpful items from the resort management that you don’t get from VRBO. The unit itself was fantastic from top to bottom. Completely as advertised and no surprises. The kitchen was great and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Even the couch was comfortable. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house, the location, the neighborhood, the pools and the golf cart. We had a wonderful time. The internet continued to go in and out, throughout the stay. We kept getting messages on our phones saying that router needed updating. This was not a big issue for us, because it allowed my husband time away from work. We hope to be back next year. Highly recommend this house.
