Welcome to my home!
This lovely apartment with 50m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The living area offers a comfortable sofa where you can unwind, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The space is filled with natural light and has a cozy, welcoming feel. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy a breath of fresh air.
The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchenette with all the essentials you’ll need to prepare a tasty meal, including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The first bedroom is a homely retreat with a double bed, while the second features a bunk bed with two single beds. Both rooms include storage space for your belongings and are dressed with soft, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom comes complete with everything you need to refresh and recharge, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
The space is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure your comfort and peace of mind.
Please note: the apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and does not have an elevator, so a short staircase climb is required.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is situated in the eastern part of Porto, within the Campanhã parish. This area offers a blend of residential tranquillity and convenient access to various amenities and attractions.
A notable feature of this location is its proximity to the Contumil Railway Station, a significant hub in Porto's rail network. The station facilitates connections to various parts of the city and beyond, making commuting straightforward for residents and visitors alike.
The surrounding neighbourhood is predominantly residential, characterised by a mix of apartment buildings and local businesses. Within walking distance, you'll find essential services such as supermarkets, cafes, and pharmacies, catering to daily needs.
For leisure and outdoor activities, the area offers several green spaces and parks where residents can relax and engage in recreational pursuits. These spaces contribute to the community's appeal, providing a respite from urban life.

The nearest metro station, Contumil, is just a 4-minutes walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
