furniture giving to the guests the sensation of living in a friendly home.
The kitchen is equipped with mini refrigerator, electric cooker, coffee machine and the studio offers all kind of amenities such as: air conditioning, outdoor furniture, LCD flat screen TV, free internet access (Wi-Fi), etc.

Furthermore, guests can enjoy 3 outdoor shared swimming pools, equipped with sunbeds, free parking and maid service 3 times per week.

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Sleeps 3 persons, for extra person in sofa bed € 55 per day
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
