Outside the villa features multilevel sitting and dining areas covered by pergolas and many secluded corners all around.
There is also a stunning swimming pool that overlooks the splendid Agean sea.
It has got a private beach as well that offers breathtaking views over the Agean sea and several islands (and there is also a private deck for small boats).
At the entrance there is an electric gate and a spacious parking area where up to 4 cars can take place.

Inside the villa consists of:

A lower level composed by 3 bedrooms, each of them is provided with en-suite bathroom and they can accommodate 8 guests in total. There is also a kitchenette. All three rooms have direct access to the outside facilities and views.
Furthermore, there is an upper level composed by a spacious sitting room, a dining area, which can accommodate a total of 10 people and a fully equipped open style kitchen with all modern appliances. On this floor there is a further bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and a spacious veranda with a pergola overlooking the sea.
Of course, the villa offers all kind of comforts, air-conditioning, heating, electricity, WI FI and AV devices.

Rental rules:
The minimum stay required is of 5 days and the arrival/departure dates are flexible except during the months of June-July-August when the minimum stay is of 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday).
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.
A 5th room is available if required (price on request)
