Apartment of 85m2 located in the privileged urbanization Roques Daurades de l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is on the third floor with an elevator and it has a large 200m2 terrace with direct sea views, table, outdoor chairs, parasol, chill-out area and hammocks for sunbathing. It also has a multitude of communal areas, including a swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, playground and a small supermarket. Both bedrooms have two double beds, plus a sofa bed for an extra guest in the living room. You will find two full bathrooms with showers and bath, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
