Coral Reef Club liegt direkt am Golf von Mexiko im Herzen von Destin, nur wenige Gehminuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einigen der besten Restaurants von Destin entfernt. Diese Eigenschaft ist nur eine kurze Fahrt zum Track Amusement Park und Big Kahunas Water Park. Nur eine kurze Fahrt bringt Sie zu den besten Deep Sea Fishing und Wassersport zu finden!

Diese Eigenschaft ist eine malerische dreistöckige Wohnanlage mit einem Pool, Shuffleboard und Holzkohlegrills. Der Strandbereich umfasst ĂŒber 300 Meter unberĂŒhrten Strand mit einem Golf-Rasen und saisonalen Strand-Service.

Diese helle und sonnige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und öffnet sich zu Ihrer eigenen Terrasse, von der Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den kristallklaren weißen Sand und das herrlich grĂŒne Wasser genießen können. Used to be a good value but considering other property next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property 6 or 8 times over the last 10 years. Some units are better than others (its and older facility). Housekeeping is great but new property manager was very rude. We rented 3 units and had some family arrive early and they were treated very poorly by the manager. She treated them like they were loitering and told them they had to leave. The prior manager was wonderful and would never talk to guests this way. Other items of note, there was some broken glass just under the edge of the refrigerator, not a huge deal but we did have some toddlers with us, and it was somewhat concerning. Furnishings vary by unit, some have better cooking equipment, cookware, plates, appliances, etc. Last thing, prices have been on a steep rise over the years. We usually stay Saturday to Saturday (8 days, 7 nights) during the first week of June. Our last stay was June 4 - June 11, 2022, in a first-floor unit, a similar week and unit for 2023 has increased more than $1,000 per week. Unfortunately, we have to look elsewhere as the pricing is no longer within our budget for our growing family. Otherwise, my wife and I love this facility and it's location but it is hard to recommend to friends and family going forward.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect except for our patio was under construction with some tile work (luckily we still able to use it) and construction crews took majority of the parking lot so we had to use the auxiliary lot. It would’ve made more since yo have construction crews use the auxiliary lot for the customers.
