Summary:

This lovely, modern, second-floor apartment is located just off the main street of Lanark a bustling little market town in the Clyde Valley.



The Space:

This freshly decorated apartment has a lovely modern feel with a spacious open living/ dining area including a dining table for 4. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms each have double beds. As well as a flat-screen Smart TV in the living area, there is also a Smart TV in each bedroom.



It is located only a few minutes walk from Castlebank Park, which provides access to the beautiful River Clyde and the popular Clyde Walkway. The world heritage site of New Lanark is also only minutes away if you wish to enjoy the breathtaking scenery that the Falls of Clyde has to offer.



The property is located within easy reach of all local amenities with an array of high street and unique independent shops, restaurants and local bars. Lanark train station is also just a short walk from the property.

First impressions on entry was not great, listed as parking but you have to fight for a space with business owners who take every available space, not as listed as having parking. Looks run down and security wise could do with a secure entrance. However that said the apartment was very clean and well equipped.. bed was comfortable and everything exceptionally clean.Road noise is an issue and sleeping can be disturbed.Communication was good with manager, its a business transaction and monies required extra for early check in and check out. Automated messaging otherwise.Little sign of listening to issues though, bathroom blind missing making for interesting viewing from appt across the street, at night with light on. Manager would benefit from including this as it my only grip with interior.Its reasonably priced for the area.
