Located in a historic residence, our eco-friendly apartment offers a comfortable stay with 1 bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment, located on the ground floor, features a cozy master bedroom. The recently renovated bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare meals.
The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of 4 apartments with a total capacity of 17 guests. The owners live on the upper floor. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood and avoid noise during nighttime hours.
Access to the ground-floor apartment is simple and hassle-free, with just a couple of steps to reach the entrance.

While we do not offer private parking, finding a spot is generally not an issue. There is a small public parking area right in front of the entrance. Alternatively, there are plenty of spots available within a 5-minute walk. Parking might be more challenging only during very busy days or special events. .
