This spacious and inviting 190m2, 4-bedroom house in Charneca da Caparica is the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a comfortable and well-equipped stay. The property is divided into two independent apartments—one on the ground floor and one on the first floor—offering both privacy and ample space for guests.
The house features two separate living rooms, each furnished with a comfortable sofa-bed and a wide-screen smart TV, creating cozy spaces to relax and unwind. With two fully equipped kitchens, guests have everything they need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware. Each dining area provides a welcoming setting to gather and enjoy meals together.
With four well-appointed bedrooms, the house comfortably accommodates a variety of group sizes. The sleeping arrangements include two queen-sized beds, one double bed, one single bed, and a bunk bed, all dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Please note that stairs are required to access the bedrooms on the first floor.
The property also includes two bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for added convenience. Additional amenities such as a washer, drying rack, ironing equipment, and dishwasher make longer stays even more comfortable.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor space, which is perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. Complimentary street parking is available for those travelling by car.
Please note that there is construction work nearby, which may cause some daytime noise.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Charneca de Caparica is a charming coastal town in the Setúbal District of Portugal. It is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, including Fonte da Telha Beach. The city offers a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for enjoying beach activities, sunbathing, and water sports. Charneca de Caparica is also surrounded by natural beauty, with pine forests and dunes providing scenic walking and cycling trails. The town centre features local shops, restaurants, and cafes where you can experience authentic Portuguese cuisine and hospitality. With its proximity to Lisbon, Charneca de Caparica offers a tranquil escape from the city while providing easy access to cultural and historical attractions in the region.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Quintinhas R Qta Cima, is just a 6-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
