Entire stylish colourful two bed flat in Clifton
This newly refreshed/refurbished luxurious apartment is located on the ground floor of a stunning Georgian townhouse.
Offering two beds, two bathrooms (one en suite) and an absolutely stunning sitting room, if relaxation in beautiful surroundings is your thing then this flat is perfect.
Located in the heart of Clifton surrounded by cafes & restaurants, a short walk to Clifton suspension bridge and central Bristol.
A private garden with a bistro set and plenty of greenery.
As you enter, you’ll find a spacious lounge with large windows letting in an abundance of natural light, making the room feel bright and airy.
The lounge is equipped with two comfortable large 2 seater sofas. A spacious high ceiling room to relax and enjoy the large airy sash windows. Amazon Prime video is offered complimentary.
A well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, all kitchen appliances needed to enjoy cooking.
The ground floor has a king size bed with spacious built-in wardrobe. There is a modern bathroom adjacent to it.
The second bedroom accessed via stairs offers a king-size bed with a modern ensuite bathroom. Both beds have luxury linen and quality mattresses.
There is a private garden to enjoy all year round, surround by trees and greenery. There is a bistro set in the garden for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine.
The apartment has its own private access onto Princess Victoria Street (we like to call it the (‘hidden gem’) leading to plenty of cosy cafes, locally run restaurants, and independently run shops and many more attractions nearby.
Parking is not guaranteed, however should generally be available. Additionally there is paid for parking nearby.
The apartment is very accessible for someone with limited mobility as there is a bedroom, toilet and shower located on the ground floor. For ease of mobility, the apartment can be accessed directly via Princess Street through the rear (garden access) of the building straight into the kitchen leading to all the required rooms.
You will have access to the entire apartment, with its own private garden leading directly to Princess Street.
Clifton, famously known for its grand Georgian townhouses, Regency crescents and picturesque garden squares.
Clifton Village is home to upscale boutiques, quirky indie shops and buzzing bars and restaurants.
• Only 10 mins drive from Bristol City Centre.
• Clifton is renowned for Brunel's famous Clifton Suspension Bridge (9 minutes walk) and the Clifton Downs (20 minutes walk).
