The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with your group.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering a serene and inviting atmosphere. The double beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms also features a convenient desk and chair, making it ideal for remote work or quiet study time.
The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The area is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions, including the famous Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. The nearest train station, Haymarket, is just a 6-minute walk.
Edinburgh Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
