A modern spacious apartment close to the City Centre with good transport links. Featuring a large double bedroom, the apartment benefits from a stunning shower room. With a light and airy living room and open plan kitchen, the apartment is perfect for those seeking style and comfort in Sunderland.
We love to greet our guests on arrival and make sure they know everything about the place. We are also happy to help with any local tourist and social places.
A quiet neighbourhood near Mowbray Park and city centre with easy connections to rest of north east via Metro.
Guests have access to the full apartment, communal areas and the rear yard.
The apartment has recently been through a full refurbishment in a Victorian town house and been tastefully decorated. This is a first floor flat. The twin beds can be connected to make a larger double bed ideal for sharing.
The flats are located in the second property from the end. There is ample off street parking available.
Sunderland Central Station is a 10 minute walk. Sunderland Park Lane station is a 12 minute walk. A19 is very close by for those travelling out of the city.
Events and parties are strictly forbidden.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
