• Due to a height restriction in the car park, the space is suitable for standard cars only. We do not have parking on-site for vans or high-roof vehicles, as the clearance in the car park is limited.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. However, for confirmed bookings, we offer discounted extensions (by adding an extra night before or after your stay) if you'd like to secure additional time.
• Security cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be present for safety and monitoring purposes.
• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.
• Please be conscious and respectful to the neighbours and local area - no loud music, parties or excessive noise is acceptable.
