There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor of the complex that is open every day (only in high season).

Access to the complex by car is allowed through the doors, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).
CHECK-IN: 24 hour reception. Entry at any time from 3 p.m. (except from June 15 to September 15 - admission from 4 p.m.). Check-in before the official check-in time, on request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will vary between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23º)

The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of swimming pools.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Tourist entertainment in Benalmádena:

- Sea Life Aquarium - Located in Puerto Marina, it is a shark conversation and protection center opened in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.

- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin Park, which contains the only dolphinarium and penguin in Andalusia.

The resort is 1.3 km from Arroyo de la Miel Train Station. The resort's Athens gym has a spa and sauna. There are taxi and bus stops at the entrance of the complex. Taxi service from Benalbeach to the airport: 20-25.

Images of identity documents and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must register to comply with local laws. In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we require a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to provide you with a quiet and worry-free experience.
