The Space
Charming attic apartment spread over two levels, covering 76m², with a master turret. Recently renovated, the environment is modern and elegant, with parquet finishes, exposed beams, and steel beams in all areas.
Once you enter, you will find a cozy open-space living room, with a raised kitchen visible, well-equipped with all the necessary comforts, and a beautiful view of the Sanctuary of Madonna di Lourdes.
Large triple-glazed windows characterize the apartment, isolating it from the outside and enhancing its brightness, while also offering stunning views of Verona from multiple perspectives, especially from the master bedroom with turret.

Listen to the works from the nearby Roman Theater outdoors, fall asleep in summer with the sound of the river, and wake up in the morning to the music of the street artist. Right under the house, the Funicular will comfortably take you to the Castle of S. Pietro, an excellent panoramic viewpoint. All these pleasant experiences await you during your vacation.
