This 3-bedroom family home combines practicality with comfort. Ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen diner that receives ample natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, leading to a low-maintenance back garden and a cosy snug room at the front of the property.
The first 2 double rooms are located on the first floor, along with the study and the family bathroom. The final bedroom is in the loft conversion, and benefits from its own ensuite.

The first floor houses two bedrooms, a study room, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The two double bedrooms offer spacious retreats, providing ample room for personalization and creating individual sanctuaries. Friday 9am to 4:30pm
Saturday 9am to 3pm
Sundays and Bank holidays: Closed
An additional Check out charge for outside our office hours will be charged as below:
£30.00 - Out of hours
£60.00 - Bank Holiday
Funds requested through Airbnb separately.
For check-in's that are outside of office hours, you have the option to collect the keys from a key safe (no fee) or for a member of our team to meet you at the property (charges apply as per check-out fee).
Check In and Check Out's between 20th December and 2nd January, will incur a £30 fee, between 9.00am - 6.00pm, and before 9.00am and after 6.00pm an extra £30 per hour.
Check In and Check Out on December 24th / 25th / 26th / 31st and January 1st, will incur a £60 fee, between 10.00am - 5.00pm and before 10.00am and after 5.00pm an extra £30 per hour.
An extra charge of £30 will be payable for abortive appointments, due to the guests failing to honour the agreed time.
