Idyllic Sea Cottage on Justøya Island, Lillesand

Welcome to this unique coastal cabin retreat on Skipperheia, located on the beautiful island of Justøya. Here you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting just a short walk from the sea, smooth rocks, a child-friendly beach and charming local activities.

The cabin is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a spacious and comfortable stay close to nature and attractions. Lillesand town centre with shops, restaurants and summer life is just 10 minutes away by car. Dyreparken Zoo, Sørlandssenteret shopping mall and Kristiansand are all 20–25 minutes away. The island also offers many local experiences within walking distance.

Overview
The property consists of a main cabin, two separate annexes and a connected triangle-shaped annex. There are beds for up to 14 guests. Surrounding the property are six terraces with lounge zones, a large sea-view sofa and a children’s playhouse. Honsvika beach is just a few minutes away and perfect for young children. The path from the parking area to the cabin is about 200 metres long and mostly laid with wooden planks, making it easy to bring strollers or luggage.

Main cabin and triangle annex
The living room and kitchen are open-plan, with a wood-burning stove, dining table for eight, sofa and a TV with Android streaming (no channels). The kitchen is equipped with stove, dishwasher, sink and all kitchenware. Fridge is placed by the entrance and there is a separate freezer. The triangle annex includes two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed 150x200 cm, a loft mattress 160x200 cm, a small lounge with sofa, table, chest of drawers and TV with HDMI. Private terrace access. Bedroom 2 has a double bed 150x200 cm and a single bed 90x200 cm. There is one bathroom with shower in the main cabin.

Annex 1 – Kristinabu
Approx. 10–15 m² with a double bed 160x200 cm and new mattress topper. Storage space and private terrace. Access to a utility room with toilet and sink.

Annex 2 – Juliabu
Approx. 8–10 m² with a small double bed 120x200 cm and upper bunk 75x190 cm. New mattress toppers and chest of drawers. Large private terrace.

Annex 3 – Süssebo
Double bed 160x200 cm with new mattress topper and a loft with mattress 150x190 cm.

Outdoor area
There are six terraces, several with sea views. A large outdoor sofa, covered dining area for up to 14 people (extra table available) and a small children’s playhouse.

Location and surroundings
Honsvika beach is shallow, sheltered and ideal for small children. The scenic Blindleia waterway can be explored by ferry or private boat. M/S Øya runs between Lillesand and Kristiansand in the summer. Brekkestø offers a small shop and local art gallery. Dyreparken Zoo, Sørlandssenteret and Kristiansand are all within 20–25 minutes.


Practical information
Bed linen and towels are not included. Please remember to bring your own. Cleaning is included, but guests must prepare the cabin for cleaning according to instructions.
