Property was great, location was perfect.Short walk to shops, bars restaurants.Pool and beach and sunset view from balconyGood size property, fridge 2x freezer.Washer, dishwasher and oven.2 bathrooms .Washing line and pegs on balcony.Towels and extra blankets supplied.The beach less than 2 minutes walk.20 min walk to other end of the beach (fish market)Kids play park outside side entrance, About a 40 min walk into Villamora.Area peaceful but plenty of things to do.Only negatives - Double beds very hard mattresses. (Not comfy for us)No toaster.Small bathroom had no bracket for shower head. So you have to hold the shower head to wash.Key code box needs apartment number on.We struggled to find it.The worst thing was the communication with the Rental office.Very slow replies and many issues with payments. 2 different prices given, an additional payment was attempted to be taken from my bank (when I had cleared the balance)It was less than 3 hours before leaving UK and still not heard from them about access.We wouldn't get to the apartment until around 11pm, I spent the morning extremely stressed and upset. My worst fear was to take the family and be left with no access.Contacted VRBO direct and they made contact with rental company on my behalf.VRBO was amazing. They got the issue resolved and even gave me call back to check.If this is private owned I would advise to swap rental company .If owned by the rental company, sort out communication asap.
