This modern house is set in a quiet neighbourhood just 5 minutes from Derby city centre.
It has parking on a driveway for 2 cars, high speed internet and complimentary Netflix.
A large back garden with garden furniture which is fully enclosed.
Fresh linen, towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Please note that all bookings require a pre authorisation hold of £200.00. This will be released after the cleaning team have confirmed no damage has been done to the property following departure.

We do allow well behaved pets at this property, at an additional cost. Please note, that we do not allow pets on the furniture or the beds during your stay.
