The modern and cozy one-bedroom apartment PEGASUS, located on the second floor of Residenza Ticino in Claro, enjoys a strategic position for those wishing to explore Ticino\'s nature and its most iconic attractions. Just a 10-minute drive from Bellinzona, famous for its UNESCO World Heritage castles, and a short distance from the lakes of Lugano and Maggiore, PEGASUS is the perfect starting point for mountain adventures and relaxation.

The space, bright and well-organized, ensures a practical and comfortable stay. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils, is designed to meet all your needs. The dining table, placed next to the large French windows, offers a delightful view of the garden and mountains. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed ideal for additional guests (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.), a wooden armchair, and a smart TV. To complete the living area, a spacious terrace furnished with two comfortable armchairs and a small table, perfect for relaxing in the greenery in total privacy and tranquility.

The apartment features a stylishly decorated double bedroom, enhanced by a beautiful French door that opens onto the surrounding nature, offering a complete immersion in the landscape.

The bathroom, designed with a minimalist aesthetic, includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern fixtures.



Additionally, all guests of Residenza Ticino can access the wonderful shared terrace, where they can enjoy the beauty of the panorama.



The apartment also offers a private parking space adjacent to the property.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

By car: From the A2 motorway, take the exit towards “Bellinzona” and continue left towards “Claro”. With the GPS, the property is reachable in about 10 minutes.

By train: From Castione station, take bus No. 8 and get off at the “Claro, Cassero” stop. The property is about a 10-minute walk away.
