- Flexible Sleeping: Two generous bedrooms. Bedroom 1 can be set as a Super-King or two large singles; Bedroom 2 is a King-size.
- Remote Work Hub: 200Mbps fibre broadband and two dedicated workstations.
- Living & Wellness: A spacious lounge with a home cinema projector (HDMI/laptop required), a library of books/games, and a yoga mat for coastal zen.
- Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and double oven — perfect for long-term stays.
THE LOCATION
Located in "Porty," Edinburgh’s favourite seaside neighbourhood, you are 100 metres from the 2km sandy promenade. Enjoy independent coffee shops and bars right on your doorstep, with a 20-25 minute bus ride whisking you directly into Edinburgh’s historic city centre.

- Families: Children are welcome, but please supervise them closely as the home contains vintage items and is not "child-proofed."
- Late Exit: Need more time? A late check-out (until 2pm) is available for a £40 fee.
- Privacy: You have sole access to the flat. Personal cupboards will be marked private — please respect my personal belongings and pantry.

IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION: From 24 July 2026, a 5% visitor levy will be applied to the first 5 nights of your stay. This mandatory Edinburgh City Council fee supports the maintenance of our historic city and local tourism services."
