Splatt Barn is a house consisting of a kitchen with a double electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and wine chiller, a living/dining room with a Smart TV, woodburning stove, and seating for five guests, a conservatory/snug, and a utility/cloakroom with a washing machine, and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower, a double, and a single, serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, patio, furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub, 1.5 miles a beach and 1.2 miles a river. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Splatt Barn offers a splendid retreat, whatever the time of year.
