Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 69cm wide, and there is also a ramp, however, this leads to a grassed area then the front door. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 68cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 68cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and tiled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 68cm wide, the bathroom is a bath type. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level.
