Was a great place with lots of room. Small kitchen but worked for us. Used the valet which is a little pricey but staff was wonderful and helpful. Great location. Would stay there again.

20 Year Business Celebration

The property is great and check-in was a breeze. The bedrooms are large and extremely comfortable. Even though the kitchen is small, it was well thought out with the layout. One suggestion would be to have a small shelf in the showers to put soap, shampoo, etc. a convenient/short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Awesome Hawaiian Getaway!

Loved staying at this property. All the rooms were great, kitchen a bit small but we rarely used more than the sink and fridge. Views were amazing! Even had a slight maintenance issue while there that was dealt with very quickly. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location in Waikiki

This was the perfect location for us in Waikiki being close enough to walk to the beach, but also near the freeway to drive to Pearl Harbor, the Bishop Museum, and other great day trip locations. Friendly staff at check in and for the valet parking. Beautiful views of Diamond Head, the ocean, and the mountains from the top floor of this property.

Great location & beautiful home!

This place was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The views were amazing and the rooms are designed in such a way that you feel like none of the other rooms are there. The staff in the building were great too! The only reason I can't give this home 5 stars... the smell of the home. I had read reviews stating this as an issue, but had hoped they had rectified it. All of that said, I would go back to this home and totally recommend it!

Massive penthouse

By far the largest place we stayed at in Waikiki. This place really lets you stretch out! Additionally the property management is extremely responsive! Thank you again for the wonderful stay! Additionally we loved the free laundry!

Wonderful, spacious penthouse near everything

Perfect vacation rental for 5 adults. The three suits made everyone happy. One suite is situated a bit further away which was perfect for us (the parents) so the youngsters could stay up later. Coffee and breakfast were close by. Beach was easily walkable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful views!

Very beautiful and comfortable property. The views were AMAZING! We saw breaching whales in the ocean on one side, mountains on one side, beautiful skyline and rainbows! The kitchen is very small, but WHO CARES!?! The valet guys were awesome! Pool was fabulous and so nice to be able to do laundry for free!

We are a Family of. 6 staying in Hawaii for the first time. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms with great views. We walked everywhere. The Wyndham staff that you interact with was fantastic. The condo was neat, clean and well appointed.

Beautiful condo

The place was beautiful with just a few very small flaws like the bathtub in the master bedroom being dirty, the ceiling in the master bedroom having a stain from the air vent, and the water in the fridge being expired (we bought our own water so it was fine). Everything else was perfect and I would stay again in the future. Gorgeous property and very easy checkin and checkout process.

There was a musty, moldy smell that they couldn't seem to find, they came with with air fresheners to cover up the smell. Condo was nice but had a bad smell.......

Hawaii trip

Great location great views! Lots of room except kitchen. Musty smell which got worse from the start. Otherwise we had a great time! Men in garage were wonderful as we went in and out needing our car.

Lovely view and great location

We loved our 3 BR condo with ensuite bathrooms! It was a small kitchen but we never cooked and they had a coffee maker, toaster and wine glasses--all we really needed! One small oddity, the shower heads were low, so the over 5' 10" folks struggled a bit... It is a private condo located above the Wyndham hotel, with access to their fitness center, pool, laundry, etc. I would definitely recommend!

Royal Garden 25th Floor Penthouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is beautiful, large, and has fantastic views. However, it is in desperate need of upgrades and repairs, especially in the 3 bathrooms. Overall, we were pleased.

You could not imagine the time it has taken to get gold brass replacements, but we got them for the bathroom fixtures. Our plan is to have them installed by 7/16/18. Great to read that overall you were pleased with your stay!

Royal Garden Condo

Location and views are amazing! Walking distance to the beach and eating. The only thing negative is the parking. We were not able to park in the valet as that is reserved for residents. You have to find parking on the street which is very crowded and you have to feed the meter every two hours.

Fantastic Honolulu Apartment

The six of us really enjoyed the penthouse 3 bedroom-3 bath apartment for nine days. We walked to Waikiki and the shopping streets of Honolulu and were on the edge of town for excursions to other parts of the island. The area is quiet. The views are stupendous. Some of our party used the work out room which was very convenient. The space is very comfortable. For three couples, the apartment was an ideal base. The rooms are very large. The neighborhood felt very safe. Very hard to leave. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious top floor penthouse with great views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for our first trip with our 9 month year old son with a total of 5 people (including baby). There were 3 separate rooms at different areas of the penthouse and 3 different bathrooms as well. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is rather small so typically only one cook in the kitchen but besides that it as a great stay. Will most likely stay here again for future trips since location is perfect.
