The property accommodation is made up of one super king size (which can be split into two singles) room, one kingsize room and one single room. All rooms enjoy luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and feather bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. A travel cot is also available upon booking (extra fees apply).
The tiled floors through the bathroom, kitchen and conservatory benefit from underfloor heating, and all rooms have central heating radiators. The bathroom is on the ground floor and boasts an excellent shower, fitted toilet and basin suite and heated towel rail. The well-equipped and beautifully designed kitchen allows for culinary creativity to flourish. Enjoy meals in the light and airy conservatory with dining space that overlooks garden. Snuggle up in the living room with the cozy log burner that invites relaxation. The private garden has a decking area for the dining table and chairs and comes complete with a BBQ. Additional outdoor seating includes sun loungers, dining table and chairs for 6, a twin seat and a bistro table and chairs.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee, with a dedicated doggie welcome pack provided upon arrival. The garden is fenced to keep furry friends sage and sound in the grounds of the cottage. Easy access to walks and cycle paths (Southwater Woods, Southwater Country Park, Downs Link, South Downs National Park) from the cottage, and to nearby sites and attractions. Horsham town centre is a 9 minute drive away, and offers a broad selection of shops, boutiques, gastro pubs, restaurants and bars selling craft beers. Furthermore, there is an Everyman Cinema, a theatre, and venues hosting live music and comedy events. Horsham Market takes place twice a week. You can sample some of the best street food in Sussex on a Thursday or fill up your fridge with local produce and artisan breads and cheeses from the farmers market on Saturdays.
The cottage has its own carport suitable for one family sized car and there is additional parking outside the cottage.
