Villa Botego 23 is a stunning private residence located in a serene area of Sirmione, a renowned resort town on the shores of Lake Garda. This luxurious villa combines modern comfort with the charm of Italian living, offering guests a tranquil retreat within easy reach of the area's attractions.

The villa spans three levels, starting with a bright and spacious open-plan living room on the ground floor. This area features a double sofa bed, a smart TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen with modern appliances, including a freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and electric kettle. French doors lead to a private garden at the back of the villa and a furnished porch overlooking the villa's private swimming pool. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining or relax by the poolside in the peaceful ambiance.

The sleeping quarters on the ground floor include a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom, also with a queen-size bed and wardrobe, completes this floor. The upper level boasts another bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying the scenic views.

The lower floor adds an extra touch of indulgence, featuring a small sauna exclusively for guests' use, along with an additional shower.
