➔Security Deposit Information:
To ensure the protection of our properties, a security deposit ranging from £75 - £250 may be required. This amount is based on factors such as the number of guests and the purpose of your stay.
The deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation on your card. This means the amount is reserved by your bank but not charged to you. It will simply be held and then automatically released on the day of checkout, following our routine cleaning and inventory check.
For all weekend bookings and one-night stays, a security deposit is required. The exact deposit amount is at the sole discretion of your host and will be confirmed prior to your arrival.
Please note, all guests will be required to sign our Terms of Stay prior to check-in.

Messages sent to us via Airbnb after 10pm will be responded to the following morning after 9am. After 10pm, please call for urgent matters using the Guest Relations number provided in your welcome message, as this is the dedicated guest line.
