The apartment is walkable from the city centre in just 5 minutes.
TRANSPORT: The closest tram stop is Shudehill which is 5 minutes walk away. Victoria station is 10 minutes away. From these, it is possible to reach all areas of beyond the city.
PARKING: On street parking is available on the street or adjacent streets (2 hours max between 08:00 and 18:00). Alternatively there is a carpark on Gould Street which is just at the end of the road.
Other Things to Note:
The following quick steps will be required and can be quickly and securely completed online prior to check-in:
✓ Fully-refundable £100 Security Deposit required (released after check out)
✓ ID Verification required
✓ Rental Agreement to be signed
RULES:
❌ This property is NOT suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.
❌ We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
