A spacious 6-bedroom home in Cheltenham, close to Cheltenham town centre, with a hot tub for 6 in the rear garden.
This unique home consists of a detached 5-bedroom home for up to 10 guests and an adjacent self-contained studio to the side for another 2 guests. The property has its own drive with enough off-road parking for up to 4 cars.
Whether you are looking for a short Cotswold family break, corporate or business stay, or just a well-needed get-together with friends, this home is the perfect choice for you.
The main house is accessed via its own private front door with a porch to hang coats. The entrance hallway (with downstairs toilet) then leads straight to the lounge at the rear of the house. The lounge has a comfy corner sofa and armchair that can easily seat 7 and a 65" flat-screen TV. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the beautifully landscaped rear garden, which has a patio, lawn, and outside seating for up to 8 guests. Also in the garden is a hot tub that can comfortably seat 6 guests, which you are welcome to use between the hours of 8am and 10pm.
Off to the right of the hallway is a bright and spacious kitchen diner with a dining table for up to 8 guests (10 with a squeeze using some fold-out chairs we provide) and a fully equipped kitchen for all your basic cooking needs. The kitchen has an under-counter fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker too, with complimentary coffee pods provided. Finally, there is a side door from the kitchen that leads outside to the private enclosed rear garden.
To the left of the hallway is a generous ground-floor double bedroom for 2 guests with a king-size 'zip-and-link' bed that can be separated into single beds on request.
