The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence a few minutes from the sea and boasts a large terrace with relaxation area and seaview. The entrance opens onto the living area, an open space furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen and access to the terrace. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout.
