Accommodation
Through the front door you enter a cozy living room with TV, a record player and a fireplace. French doors with the blue shutters characteristic of this finca, lead to a covered terrace with a view of the pool and nature. On the other side of the living room there is also access to the outdoor area, with small steps on the left that take you to a lovely open roof terrace . Here is a stone bench with comfortable cushions, from which you can enjoy the sublime view of the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive mountain range of Bernia at sunset. Without a doubt the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set behind the mountains.
Next to the living room, a beautiful and spacious hall gives access to three spacious bedrooms;
- The master bedroom with a beautiful four-poster bed and ceiling fan, has its own en-suite bathroom with a striking colourful walk-in shower. This room also has its own sun terrace. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the valley.
- On this floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a private toilet and shower.
- All bedrooms can be completely darkened using the charming blue shutters or a blackout curtain.
From the hall, a stately Spanish staircase leads down to a second living space . This sitting room also has a fireplace, there is a small library and a desk where you can work comfortably. The dining room is central to this space, with a stately wooden table and beautiful, striking light fixtures. From this space, large patio doors give access to a spacious covered terrace that overlooks the valley and where you can dine with a large group in the evening.
In the living room there is a separate toilet on the right side and the utility room with washing machine.
On the left side of this combined living space we find the charming farmhouse kitchen . With an American fridge with ice maker, gas stove, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and sufficient kitchen and household utensils you have all the modern comforts. The kitchen also has its own covered terrace , of course with a view of the valley and nature. This is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in peace in the morning.
Just around the corner from the terrace by the kitchen, we finally find a separate suite, which houses the fourth bedroom . This suite has its own entrance and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The room has shutters to darken.
Finca Jabali is located on a spacious domain of 2.5 hectares , where you can walk wonderfully and where you are also completely free and private. The kidney-shaped swimming pool is accessible from the upper living room along the terrace with steps and there is no view. Around the pool there is space to sunbathe and relax. There are enough seats, sunbeds and parasols so that you can enjoy a day at the pool in all comfort.
Finca Jabalí is an “off grid” house ; the power supply is provided by solar panels and a high-tech solar power system. The house is located in Marnes, a hamlet of Pinos. About a 5-minute drive from the finca, there is a typical Spanish tapas restaurant, and an idyllic Spanish paella restaurant. Both serve authentic Spanish cuisine at reasonable prices. The nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute drive away.
