Escape to our beautiful 3-bed detached villa in the sought-after urbanisation of Doña Lola, Mijas. Enjoy privacy and comfort in our beautiful and fully equipped private villa. The highlight is the private heated pool, perfect for year-round relaxation. Located just a short drive from the beach, and the beautiful white-washed village of Mijas Pueblo, this villa offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Ideal for families or groups seeking a peaceful getaway on the Costa del Sol.
I look forward to welcoming guests to my beautiful and secluded detached villa in the heart of Mijas! Located in a very tranquil location but only 10 minutes drive to the coast and the beautiful Mijas Pueblo. You can spend your days relaxing on the sun loungers by the private pool and there is a spacious outside area with BBQ for al fresco dining. The main highlight is the private pool, perfect for year-round relaxation. As a great extra, the pool is heated during the winter months, at no additional cost!
The villa sleeps up to 8 people (a family bedroom sleeping 3 people, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a sofabed sleeping one person). The villa is light and bright with modern and comfortable furnishings. Wi-Fi, aircon, and heating are included.
The entrance hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living dining room. The living area leads onto the twin bedroom, whilst the sofabed is located in the light and bright dining area.
The dining area boasts beautiful floor to ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light and maximising the view of the garden and pool.
Back down the corridor you will find the first of the two bathrooms with walk-in shower. Down a few steps you will find two further comfortable bedrooms and the second bathroom, again with walk-in shower. There is a double bedroom with double bed and a spacious family room with a King size bed, a single bed plus a cot (if requested). There is access to the garden and pool from this level - the perfect place for your morning coffee!
All rooms have individual air conditioning & heating.
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), plus pool towels.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days.
A high chair and a cot for children up to 3 years of age (linen not provided) are available at the property.
Guests will have private access to the entire villa, garden and pool, other than the garage.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

Check-in to this property is by remote check-in after 4pm.
Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
One well-behaved pet is allowed at the property upon request at time of booking.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
