The sofa is brandnew, that can be easliy turned into a bed for one or two. Flatscreen TV including cable tv is naturally there. Kitchen has all the appliances required. The bedroom is spacious with a queensize bed and big closet for your pleasure. There you'll find also a workplace if you need one. The bathroom is just lovely. There is also a small balcony. The whole place with its 60m2 is at your disposal. Public parking is free throughout neighborhood.
