Outside, there is wraparound decking and patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 1.8 miles, pub in 1.9 miles, lake in 0.1 miles, and river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. 12A Lake Escape is a delightful base for a Lancashire escape. Note: Property is wheelchair accessible.
