We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the building undergoes these improvements.***

THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

As of June 2025, the building's long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Great place to stay, walking distance to beach and Tiki's Bar and Grill. We Liked that they had a little coffee shop and market in the Lobby area. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler to use. One negative comment would be that we arrived early 1 1/2 - 2 hours befor check in time and I asked if possible to get in earlier which they gave us a half hour before check in time with an added comment suggesting we book another day for those early arrivals. That wasnt necessary but overall the trip was excellent! Would stay here again!!

Perfect location!

This property worked out great for me and my teenage children. There was plenty of room for four people. It was a convenient walk to everything and the on-site parking was invaluable. The views were wonderful and the elevators were fast.

only a few blocks away from the excitement and beauty of waikiki beach. good sized unit as my two teens want their own bed so it was nice to have the pull out couch in addition to the two full sized beds. nice to have a kitchen also. great views of the pool and you can see the ocean between buildings! we definitely would stay again!

This unit was nice. We appreciated the beach chairs and other beach items. The ease of access to Waikiki and the parking is a plus. My suggestion is for a clock and a dustpan to use for sweeping. Mahalo for a wonderful stay in your unit.

Great place for a family. Walking to all Waikiki activities

The space as perfect for us, with all the amenities a family could need and easy, free parking. It was great to be able to cook our own meals when we wanted and yet close enough to walk to pink pancake breakfast at the the Royal Hawaiian. Quick walk to great beaches, easy to drive to everything else. They even gave us all we needed for a week in terms of bathroom products, dishwashing and laundry. So helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Big City by the Beach

This is my first trip to Waikiki and definitely a different feel then Maui but still beautiful. That aside, the unit was as described, very spacious, and having the two beds and the pull out couch gave plenty of room for my family of 4. Kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and bowls. Parking was plentiful and it was a great location to venture out to the various parts of the island.

Everything we needed

Great place to stay with lots of room! We appreciated the communication that led up to our stay. Parking is a HUGE plus and the security were super friendly. Short walk to the beach. The only downside is not having clean towels every day like you would in a hotel. But we didn’t utilize the laundry machines either. Would highly recommend this place!

In the heart of it all

The location of the rental was nice. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, Waikiki beach, and Zoo. With that location comes downtown noise (the vehicle noise and homeless shouting at night made it impossible to sleep with open windows). The inside of the unit was darker and more drab than the photos with the bathroom needing a deep clean (smelled wet and stale). The furniture, bedding, and floors were well cleaned. The unit above smoked on their patio in the morning which made it unusable to us at that time. Communication from the property management was great; very informative and accurate information for the home, building, parking situation, etc.
