Place is pretty clean however, seemed extremely dusty or potential mold with no baths having fans. Everyone got super congested staying there. Outside of that, the house was in a solid location and price was fair

Great place, did not disappoint!

This place was a great deal! I’ll admit it’s a little far for my liking to walk to old town but it is a really quick convenient uber ride away! The place was clean and well kept and the beds were very comfortable with soft sheets!

"Walk To Old Town Bars And Restaurants"! This property is 1 1/2 to 2 miles from the downtown area. It is a short Uber ride, but by no means walking distance unless you consider a 1 1/2 to 2 mile walk a reasonable walking distance. The property has been renovated to a degree, but it's still lipstick on a pig. The carpeting in the master bedroom was filthy. The bed isn't very comfortable, and those tiny flat squares they try to pass as pillows are ridiculous. There are no window screens on any of the bedroom or bathroom windows making it impossible to get fresh air without inviting in insects. The kitchen is not well equipped. The property is over priced for what it is, I won't ever stay here again.

Clean but sparse , second bathroom below average, main bathroom good with excellent shower. TV does not support ESPN or any sports channel and is confusing to operate with no printed instructions. Location is on a busy and noisy street.

Everything You Need

Very nice and clean. Owner was very responsive with questions when they were asked. Home had everything we needed and was super close to everything for Spring Training in Scottsdale. I highly recommend this house.

Clean, comfortable property, great location

House was clean and neat, extra pillows and blankets for 5 guys to sleep comfortably at house. Key pad access entry is great vs. lugging around Keys. We walked, used Uber’s and bikes (Limebike app) to reach bars, golf, ballgame, etc... Great location, no issues, Scott was quick to respond prior to us checking in and that was last time we spoke, PERFECT. Haven’t received my deposit, it’s been 3 business days (5days) since check out, assume we won’t have any issues there.

Scott was a wonderful host. The house was exactly what is shown on the site, and was clean & ready for us when we arrived. Location was also perfect, as it was walking distance from restaurants and activities. Would stay here again!

Excellent location, lots of room, very clean

This property is in an ideal location for anything you want to do in Scottsdale. You are centrally located, but not in the middle of the traffic and any noise. Beds and furnishings are comfortable and well maintained. Our only complaint is that the kitchen needs to be much better equipped and the vent fan needs to be hooked up. Otherwise you will love it here.

Between the grocery store, bar and restaurants all within walking distance. Solid place for the money. Never waited more than 5 minutes for an Uber. No need to rent a car!

The location was perfect my husband likes to golf and did not have to drive far to golf. The mall is very close and Old Town Scottsdale gives you a variety of restaurants to eat at. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating to our needs.

The location of this home cannot be beat. You are walking distance to the entertainment district of Old Town Scottsdale which has a number of amazing clubs and bars and great restaurants. The home is very central to all the great amenities of the valley from numerous Golf Courses to Spring Training stadiums. Scottsdale stadium, the Spring home of the San Francisco Giants is in walking distance while the Spring homes of the Cubs, Diamondbacks, and Rockies are only a 5 minute ride away.
