We’re a 3 minute walk to the famous Burton Road and only an 8 minute walk to our favourite restaurant Volta!
You're surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants, along with plenty of green spaces, perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle!

TRANSPORT
Our closest train station is East Didsbury train station and it’s only 10 minutes drive away. The tram is also super close to the property, only a 3 minute walk to Burton Road tram stop.

PARKING:
There is one spot for onsite parking at the entrance of our property.

We have a washing machine which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

Just a 2-minute stroll brings you to a tram stop on the South Manchester Line, offering frequent journeys to Manchester city centre in around 23 minutes and quick access to the Airport Line via Altrincham. East Didsbury tram stop is about a 7-minute walk away, providing additional route options including services to Manchester Piccadilly. Local bus stops within a few minutes' walk offer links to surrounding areas like Burnage, Withington and Stockport. Green spaces such as Didsbury Park and Fog Lane Park are also within easy walking distance. A superb base with excellent public transport and leisure on your doorstep.
