Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious and stylish 5-bedroom maisonette is perfect for families, groups, and business travellers seeking a comfortable stay in Newcastle upon Tyne. Located on Kingsley Terrace, this property offers the ideal blend of luxury, privacy, and convenience.
Four of the five bedrooms features a comfortable double bed, modern furnishings, and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. Whether you’re visiting for a few nights or a longer stay, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home.
Bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms, four with an en-suite bathroom, cozy bedding, and ample storage space.
Living Area: A spacious and beautifully decorated lounge with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light. Perfect for relaxing or socializing after a day exploring the city.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and everything you need to cook up a feast!
Dining Area: Large dining table with seating for 10, ideal for shared meals or working remotely.
Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and modern fittings.

These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is are local shops a few minutes walk away.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be
requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not
check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property
and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
