Perfectly situated for exploring Manchester, this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is in an ideal location for both business and leisure travellers. Just a quick 5 minute drive to Manchester Airport, you can enjoy seamless travel connections. The bustling city center is only a 20 minute journey away, offering easy access to Manchester’s vibrant shopping, dining, and nightlife scenes. Sports fans will love the proximity to Old Trafford and Etihad Stadium, both reachable within 20 minutes. This apartment is exceptionally well-connected, making it easy to get around Manchester and beyond. Just a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram station, you’ll have quick access to the city’s efficient Metrolink system, providing easy routes to Manchester city centre, Trafford Centre, and key destinations like Old Trafford and Etihad Stadium. Several bus routes are also nearby, adding to the convenience. For those driving, the property is close to major motorway links including the M56 and M60, giving direct access to Manchester Airport in 10 minutes and the city center in 20. The key box is located on our other house opposite the apartment block, it is a short walk over.
There is a lift which is located on the other side of the block and then you have to walk around to get to the apartment.
Commercial vans or company vans can't park within the complex but can safely park on our drive opposite the block, it is safe and secure.
Anyone parking in the complex has to use the parking permit which is left in the apartment, if this is lost or not returned when our cleaners attend we have to charge you £55, this is the cost for us to replace the permit.
The apartment is located on the third floor and there is a few flights of stairs or you can use the lift, please use all the details photos to guide you.
