The house is family friendly with an abundance of books and board games, and this home is pet friendly!

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

Please be respectful of the elderly neighbour next door , quiet times must be adhered to.
