A smart TV (online apps only), a well equipped kitchen, a driveway that can fit two cars, an EV charger, and a garden with a summerhouse for stargazing through a telescope. The house is family friendly with an abundance of books and board games, and this home is pet friendly!

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

Please be respectful of the elderly neighbour next door , quiet times must be adhered to.
